What Makes It Unique

Pike draws from a far larger watershed than neighboring Center Lake — harder to manage, but a lake where upstream improvements can meaningfully lift water quality.

  • Little Pike Lake, about 25 acres, joins at the north shore
  • Pike Lake Campground: beach, boat launch, campsites & rentals
  • Lucerne Park and the Beyer Farm Trail boardwalk on the shoreline

Water Quality

Lake health is supported through ongoing monitoring, research, and watershed stewardship. The Lilly Center for Lakes & Streams has studied E. coli at the Pike and Center Lake beaches, producing recommendations that the City of Warsaw implemented. The Watershed Foundation (TWF), the Lilly Center, the City of Warsaw, the Kosciusko County Soil and Water District, local lake associations, and other local partners all play a role in protecting water quality and keeping water clean throughout the Upper Tippecanoe Watershed. Zebra mussels are also monitored.

Real Estate

Some of Warsaw’s most competitively priced waterfront — an entry point for first-time lake buyers who want an active lake without an all-sport price tag.

  • Cottages and year-round homes with private docks
  • Fishing: bass, catfish, walleye, bluegill & more
