Water Quality

One of the county’s most closely monitored lakes. A Lilly Center E. coli study helped inform improvements in Warsaw and was followed by a measurable drop in bacteria. Today, lake health remains part of a broader conservation effort, with local lake associations partnering with The Watershed Foundation (TWF), the Lilly Center, the City of Warsaw, the Kosciusko County Soil and Water District, and other local partners to help keep water clean throughout the Upper Tippecanoe Watershed.
